These simple vegan brownies are super healthy and loaded with Potassium
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coco powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Dash of salt & vanilla extract
- Egg or Flax egg for vegan
- Honey if you want ( I didn’t use any but you can if you want them sweeter)
Blend ingredients in a blender and pour into greased or non stick pan. Bake at 375 for 20 to 35 min till finished! Drizzle with honey & coconut milk.
