Hi friends I am Kathryn a Registered Nurse in Denver, Colorado. I am passionate about cooking healthy foods, holistic medicine, plant based nutrition & preventative medicine. I love spending time with my family and friends, hiking, traveling, blogging, cooking and learning more about health and wellness. I got a certification in plant based nutrition so I can have more knowledge about the power of food to heal.

My goal is to inspire you to feel your best through juicing & 80/20 healthy plant based eating! I try to follow the 80/20 and it is very simple = 80% plant based whole food + 20% other foods for a balanced & delicious lifestyle.

I am pretty passionate about juicing along with boosting your body’s natural immunity to maintain health and wellness and prevent chronic disease. Personally I love juicing because it is an easy, delicious & fun way to get nutrient dense veggies & fruits in your diet each day. It comes with a power punch of nutrients, vitamins, and phytochemicals. It is also a very energizing, cleansing and a rapid way to rehydrate yourself and cells each day or a few times a week!

Why should I or would I juice a bunch of veggies & fruits if I can just eat them instead each day? Well that is a great question….

Since most people don’t wake up and eat beets, carrots, kale, cucumbers, lemons, oranges, ginger, & turmeric for breakfast, why not get some of those nutrients into your diet each morning from juice?! It is easily and rapidly absorbed into your system and nothing tastes as healthy and fantastic as freshly made juice.
