Ingredients:
- Cauliflower (I used yellow)
- Beet
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Spices of choice (I used pinch of Rosemary for beets and Italian, garlic & paprika for cauliflower)
How to make it:
- Heat oven to 425
- Slice up Cauliflower and beets thinly
- Spice with desired spices and drizzle with olive oil
- Roast 45minutes or so turning halfway till beets are soft and cauliflower is crispy
- Season with salt and pepper
