Very simple and delicious healthy smoothie bowl

Blend banana, raspberries, almond milk & agave in blender and top with whatever you want. You can also drizzle on more agave 🙂 If you don’t have a blender, I have been using the Ninja 1000W Blender for years and like it a lot!

I like agave because it is a vegan version of honey with a similar taste. I use it in smoothies that I want to give to my baby since she shouldn’t eat honey yet or you can use it instead of white sugar. Mulberries are a dried chewy sweet fruit loaded with vitamins so I like to add them on top of smoothies or banana ice cream to give it a more chewy sweet bite. The cacao nibs are the actual cacao bean crushed up so they are one of the least processed cocao products. They give smoothies and other dishes a big crunch with a flavor of unsweetened dark chocolate. They have fiber, protein and antioxidants and fun to try if you haven’t before. 🙂
