These vegan protein balls are easy, delicious and a healthy tasty snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Peanuts or Raw Cashews
- 1 and 1/2 cup of Pitted Dates
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- Few Tbsp of Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend Nuts in Food Processor for 30 seconds till finely chopped and transfer to bowl.
- Blend up dates for 30 seconds till chopped finely.
- Add in Cacao Powder, salt, vanilla, & vegan mini chips and chopped nuts and blend till all combined
- Put mixture on waxed paper and roll into balls
- Keep in Fridge or Freezer 🙂 YUM
