Vegan Protein Date Balls

These vegan protein balls are easy, delicious and a healthy tasty snack!

Ingredients

  • Blend Nuts in Food Processor for 30 seconds till finely chopped and transfer to bowl.
  • Blend up dates for 30 seconds till chopped finely.
  • Add in Cacao Powder, salt, vanilla, & vegan mini chips and chopped nuts and blend till all combined
  • Put mixture on waxed paper and roll into balls
  • Keep in Fridge or Freezer 🙂 YUM
