This Mango Salsa is SO good, refreshing and light! 🙂
Ingredients:
- 3 Ripe Mangos
- Pint Cherry Tomatoes
- Half diced purple onion
- Cup of Cilantro
- Half red Bell Pepper
- Juice from 2-3 limes
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 or 3 ripe avocados
Instructions:
- Cut peel off mango and dice into cubes
- Finely chop onion and 1/2 red bell pepper
- Chop cilantro, halve tomatos
- Add in diced avocados if desired
- Mix ingredients, squeeze limes over salsa
- Season with salt and pepper
- (If you want it a bit hotter add in a diced hot pepper like Jalapeno)
