This smoothie bowl is power nutrient packed and oh so good!
- 1/2 a Beet
- 1/2 an Apple
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Kale leaf with out stem
- Few mint leaves
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of strawberries
- 3/4 cup Oat Milk
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 1 scoop protein powder
Blend all together and top with delicious toppings 🙂
