Espresso Fudge Brownies

  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter (liquid melted)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp strong coffee brewed
  • Large dash salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8×8 baking dish. Combine wet ingredients & beat well. Sift & gently fold in dry ingredients till barely combined. Don’t over mix just gently fold in dry ingredients. Bake about 18-20 min and dust with power sugar serve warm!
