Mushroom Truffle Flatbread

  • 8oz mushrooms thinly sliced
  • Few shallots thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Parm cheese
  • Italian cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • White truffle oil
  • Flatbreads
  • Few cloves garlic
  1. Make flatbread or used pre-made. Heat oven to 475. Sauté mushrooms and shallots with garlic and Italian seasoning in olive oil.
  2. Top flatbread with lots of Italian cheese, sautéed veggies and a few drizzles of truffle oil and salt.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes little more or less depending on how crispy you want it.
  4. Top with fresh parm cheese.
