- 8oz mushrooms thinly sliced
- Few shallots thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Parm cheese
- Italian cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- White truffle oil
- Flatbreads
- Few cloves garlic
- Make flatbread or used pre-made. Heat oven to 475. Sauté mushrooms and shallots with garlic and Italian seasoning in olive oil.
- Top flatbread with lots of Italian cheese, sautéed veggies and a few drizzles of truffle oil and salt.
- Bake for about 10 minutes little more or less depending on how crispy you want it.
- Top with fresh parm cheese.
