Best Buttermilk Biscuits

  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1.75 to 2 cups buttermilk
  • Heaping Tbsp sugar
  • Heaping Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Half stick butter
  1. Preheat oven to 450. Melt butter and pour on bottom of 8×8 glass pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and mix in buttermilk.
  3. Place in dish and bake about 25 min till browned and crispy top.
