MnM Protien Bars

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1/2 cup Peanutbutter
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Combine all in food processor and place on foil or wax paper to level out then fold in mini MnMs and freeze. After an hour cut into squares.

You could add in chocolate chips or anything else instead of MnMs
