

Super easy healthy delish
- Olive oil
- Diced onion
- 2 cans great white northern beans
- Few minced garlic cloves
- Full fat coconut milk can
- Cup chicken broth
- 8oz diced Chilies
- Tsp oregano
- 1.5tsp cumin
- .5 tsp paprika
- Tbsp more or less chili powder
- 2 cooked shredded chicken breasts
- 1 or 2 cans corn
- To serve: cilantro cheese chips avocado sour cream
Add oil to medium high heat pot and Sauté with onion for few minutes. Add all ingredients except chicken and cook till all heated. Then, add chicken salt and pepper to taste and serve with toppings. (You can also use immersion blender and blend half to make thicker.)
