Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen peas about 3 cups (either steamed or boiled for a few minutes till soft)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- Few Tbps of cheese
- Tsp onion powder
- Dash of salt pepper
- Handful of herbs ( I used fresh parsley and mint)
Combine everything into food processor except 1 cup of peas. Pulse till combined about 30 seconds.
Mix in remaining cup of peas and form into patties.
Pan fry in olive oil for a few minutes each side on medium hight till crispy.
Dip in your favorite sauce!
