Vegan Banana Brownies

These simple vegan brownies are super healthy and loaded with Potassium

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coco powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • Dash of salt & vanilla extract
  • Egg or Flax egg for vegan
  • Honey if you want ( I didn’t use any but you can if you want them sweeter)

Blend ingredients in a blender and pour into greased or non stick pan. Bake at 375 for 20 to 35 min till finished! Drizzle with honey & coconut milk.
