
Healthy Low sugar 😋
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Yogurt
Heat oven to 350 and spray muffin pans. Mash bananas and add melted butter sugar egg and vanilla. Mix then add yogurt and rest of dry ingredients. Mix till incorporated. Bake for about 25min or till cooked through. I topped with mini recess cups!
