Pumpkin Anti-Inflammatory Bread

3 cups oats
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1.5 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup non dairy milk
½ cup coconut oil or non dairy butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp turmeric
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup applesauce

You can also add in these  vegan dark chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 375
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients and combine
Cook 45 to hour in greased bread dish

Vegan and Gluten Free

Turmeric has very powerful anti inflammatory properties, improved brain function, lowers your risk of heart disease and helps cancer!  So I like to try to sneak it into recipes when I can.
