This simple salmon is so good and healthy! 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 large Fresh salmon fillet
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lemon sliced
- 3 Tbsp honey or agave
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- Parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 425 and Slice fillet in half
- Top one with garlic and parsley, lemon slices salt and pepper
- Top the other one with garlic, soy sauce, and honey
- Cook 15 min then check to see if has changed color to light pink and flaky. Cook for a few more minutes if you need to!
YUM! Serve with veggies, rice etc 🙂
