Salmon 2 Ways

This simple salmon is so good and healthy! 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 1 large Fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 3 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Preheat oven to 425 and Slice fillet in half
  • Top one with garlic and parsley, lemon slices salt and pepper
  • Top the other one with garlic, soy sauce, and honey
  • Cook 15 min then check to see if has changed color to light pink and flaky. Cook for a few more minutes if you need to!

YUM! Serve with veggies, rice etc 🙂
