These vegan wraps are wonderful alternative to a tortilla and make it way more nutrient rich.

Ingredients

  • Large collard green leaves for the wraps
  • A Variety of different things to put in it like
  • Avocado slices
  • Shredded Carrot
  • Beans
  • Cucumber slices
  • Hummus or other spreads
  • Vegan cream cheese
  • Arugula with olive oil mix
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Sliced beets

Roll Wrap tightly together after loading it and dip in whatever sauce you want or eat it just like that.
