Cocoa Chia Protien Bars

  • 1/2 cup oat & coconut flour mixed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsps honey

Mix ingredients all together. If you need more liquid you can add more peanut butter or honey.

Press into bars on wax paper. Top with coconut flakes, peanut butter or melted chocolate. Freeze for couple ours. Then slice into squares!
