Almond Date Bars

These are so delicious and easy to make, and really healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pitted dates ( I soak them in boiling water for a few minutes to make them softer)
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter blended
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch of salt

How to make:

  • Blend up nuts in food processor
  • Add other ingredients in food processor too
  • Press onto waxed paper into large rectangle and top with another half cup peanut butter
  • Place in freezer and cut into bars after an hour or 2
