Vegan Wedge Fries

These delicious fries are easy and fun!

Ingredients:

  • Few potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp parsley

Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 425 and slice potatoes
  • Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil parsley & salt
  • Cook 20 minutes, flip and cook another 15-20 minutes till crispy
  • Serve topped with fresh parsley and smashed avocado
