Ingredients:
- 2.5lb 80/20 Beef
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 onions diced
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 4 slices fresh bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp basil
- 1/2 Tbsp thyme
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1.5 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
- Saute onions with minced garlic and olive oil for a few minutes
- Heat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with tin foil or alternative
- Place bread in food processor and pulse till it becomes crumbs

- Mix bread crumbs in bowl with all other ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar, mix together but don’t over mix.

- Form into loaves
- Mix ketchup and brown sugar together and place half of mixture on top of loaves

- Cook 1 hour and check to see if it is brown throughout!
- Top with remaining ketchup and brown sugar mix and parsley
