Best Chicken Parm

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of Parsley
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup parm cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 Jar pasta sause 24 oz
  • Handful fresh Basil

Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 425
  • Prep 3 plates 1st flour with dash of pepper & parsley 2nd plate eggs 3rd plate breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of parm cheese
  • Slice chicken in half so it is thinner
  • Preheat cast iron with few Tbsp olive oil to medium high heat
  • Dip chicken in flour then egg then breadcrumbs
  • Fry breaded chicken a few minutes each side till cooked
  • Spray baking dish, pour half of red sauce on bottom, place cooked chicken & top with rest of red sauce, lots of parm & motz & fresh basil
  • Cook for about 15 minutes & serve with bread, pasta, salad vino!
