This is a simple, delicious and healthy lunch for your kids
Chopped strawberries, chopped celery stick, some blackberries and crackers and 1/8 of sweet potato (depending on how old your child is) Shown above is for my 3.5 year old.
Stab sweet potato with fork and microwave for about 5 minutes till soft then cut off the end and slice into cubes with the skin on to make it easier. And pack that along with the other lunch items! 🙂
