This is one of my new favorite way to make cauliflower! The kids love the bbq ones too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup of buttermilk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • honey mustard to dip or other sauce

Preheat oven to 400

Prep your mix by combining buttermilk, water, flour and spices (parsley, paprika, garlic, salt & onion powder. Mix together)

Cut cauliflower & coat it by dipping into the mixture. Place them on sprayed baking sheet when finished.

Bake for 20 minutes then turn and bake another 20 minutes till crispy

  • Melt butter
  • Add buffalo sauce to half the butter & bbq to the other half of butter.
  • Poor sauces on to each half and bake another 5 minutes. The left side has the bbq the right side has the buffalo

Top with more parsley and serve with honey mustard and celery if you want!
