Blackened Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Few fillets of favorite fish cod, tilapia etc (I used tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Coleslaw mixture (4 cups green cabbage & purple cabbage 1 mango diced, diced avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes, handful cilantro, Few tbsp honey & 1/4 cup lime juice )
  • Spice blend for fish (dash of cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp paprika)
  • To serve avocado, salsa and tortillas and cilantro lime dressing if you want

Make your coleslaw mix couple cups of cabbages together, mango, honey lime juice, cherry tomatoes, and handful of cilantro.

Mix spiced together for fish. Rub on both sides of the fish and fry for few minutes in olive oil on each side till cooked.

Heat tortillas (I used flour) and assemble tacos with fish, coleslaw, avocado slices, and the cilantro dressing or spicy salsa.
