This tasty vegan and oil free hummus is easy to make and very healthy. It is even a hit with the kids and a great way for them to have fun dipping veggies 🙂
- 15oz can chickpeas
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Dash of salt
Blend all together in food processor and top with parsley and paprika
Serve with chopped fresh veggies! Also goes well with olives and crackers too! 🙂
