This delicious and refreshing salad is so good and yummy. Here is my quinoa salad recipe. The best part about making this is you can eat it by itself for dinner a night or two then make it into this summer Quinoa Salad to switch it up!
Get a bunch of mixed greens, chopped tomatoes, purple onion and olives and mix together.
Put large amount of quinoa salad on top and top with sliced avocados and lots of olive garden dressing!
