Focaccia Bread/Crust

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups flour 
  • 1.25 cups warm water 
  • 1 tbsp yeast (instant) 
  • 1/4 cup sugar or (sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup good quality olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rosemary 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • Salt (1/2 to 1 tsp) 

How to make

  • Warm water, yeast and sugar in a bowl for 5 minutes 
  • Mix dry ingredients separately then mix all together with wet ingredients
  • Drizzle with more olive oil, cover let rise 60 min 

Spray pizza pan with oil and dust with flour. Place dough right onto pizza dish and spread out, no kneading necessary. I let it rise another hour for it to be really fluffy. Then place toppings on it for pizza.

Form into pizza crust, bread, or breadsticks or whatever else you want 🙂

For pizza I bake 20 min at 450. Here is a great pizza recipe.

For the pizza below I did sauce, cheese, tomatoes, olive, bell peppers, oregano, basil, garlic, olive oil and onion.
