These are delicious and really easy to make.
- 1 can chickpeas
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp dairy free milk
- pinch of baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease 8×8 pan. Rinse chickpeas and blend everything together in food processor except for the chocolate chips.
- Mix in by hand chocolate chips. Put batter in pan and sprinkle with rest of chips.
- Bake 20-25 min till turns brown around the edges. After it cools you can slice into bars and you can freeze leftovers. I actually put it into the freezer after it cooks for about an hour. This helps it set better and makes it easier to cut.
