- Can of Corn
- Can of Black beans
- Can of Chickpeas
- Handful of chopped Cilantro
- Few diced Tomatoes
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- Minced Ginger 1 tsp
- Minced onion few tbsp
- Garlic powder
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Combine all ingredients together
- Serve as a dip, by itself or on top of a salad
