Ingredients:
- Few cloves garlic
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1lb Brussel Sprouts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt or adobo seasoning
- Chop up the sprouts, mine where monsters so I cut them into 1/4s instead of 1/2s. If they are smaller you can just cut them in 1/2
- Heat cast iron on medium heat with olive oil and garlic and toss in onions and sprouts
- Cook for about 10 minutes add in half cup water while cooking so they don’t burn. YUM
