These are so delicious and easy to make, and really healthy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pitted dates ( I soak them in boiling water for a few minutes to make them softer)
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter blended
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of salt
How to make:
- Blend up nuts in food processor
- Add other ingredients in food processor too
- Press onto waxed paper into large rectangle and top with another half cup peanut butter
- Place in freezer and cut into bars after an hour or 2
