You guys these are so good and easy to make! ; )
Slice tomatoes, fresh Motzarella and few cloves of garlic.
Sauté garlic with olive oil and tomato slices till tender 1 to 2 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from pan.
Drizzle olive oil in cast iron and heat bread on both sides.
Top bread with fresh Motzarella, tomatoes, roasted garlic and basil!
