Meat
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
- 3/4 cup corn
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 cups peas and carrot mixed
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp fresh chopped rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Cups of broth beef or veggie (I did half of each)
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Dash Salt
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Half & half
- Dash of garlic powder
- Scallions chopped
- Peel and chop potatoes cook till tender in boiling water.

- I have all the variations I did posted above. Instead of baking it I broiled it in cast iron pan for about 8 minutes. Topped it with scallions and parsley.
