  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil and sugar in bowl.
  2. Combine dry ingredients separately and add together.
  3. Bake in greased baking dish 8×8 for about 20 minutes till cooked through. 🙂
