These healthy smoothie bowls are a great energizing and healthy breakfast. It is like dessert for breakfast YUM!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen strawberries or other berries
  • Coconut or oat milk
  • Toppings

Blend frozen banana and berries with a little nut or oat milk and top with shaved coconut, flax seeds, berries, chia and pistachios for a little crunch!
