These vegan wraps are wonderful alternative to a tortilla and make it way more nutrient rich.
Ingredients
- Large collard green leaves for the wraps
- A Variety of different things to put in it like
- Avocado slices
- Shredded Carrot
- Beans
- Cucumber slices
- Hummus or other spreads
- Vegan cream cheese
- Arugula with olive oil mix
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Sliced beets
Roll Wrap tightly together after loading it and dip in whatever sauce you want or eat it just like that.
