This is one of my new favorite way to make cauliflower! The kids love the bbq ones too!
Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- honey mustard to dip or other sauce
Preheat oven to 400
Prep your mix by combining buttermilk, water, flour and spices (parsley, paprika, garlic, salt & onion powder. Mix together)
Cut cauliflower & coat it by dipping into the mixture. Place them on sprayed baking sheet when finished.
Bake for 20 minutes then turn and bake another 20 minutes till crispy
- Melt butter
- Add buffalo sauce to half the butter & bbq to the other half of butter.
- Poor sauces on to each half and bake another 5 minutes. The left side has the bbq the right side has the buffalo
Top with more parsley and serve with honey mustard and celery if you want!
