Chickpea Vegan Brownies GF
1 can rinced and dried chickpeas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c chocolate chips (use vegan to make vegan)
1/4 c coconut flour
Dash salt, baking powder & baking soda
Splash vanilla extract
Preheat to 350 and spray small baking dish. Add all ingredients into food processor except chocolate and place into baking dish, top with chips bake 10 to 15 min.
I’m “trying” to eat less sugar lately. Aren’t we all haha 😆
These are a great alternative to brownies that have low sugar, fiber and protein 😋 Cause I still got a sweet tooth 😆 🤣
