Best Brownies every with double chocolate and mint!
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter (liquid melted)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp Peppermint extract
- Box of Andy’s mints chopped or mint chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp strong coffee brewed
- Large dash salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 8×8 baking dish. Combine wet ingredients & beat well.
- Sift & gently fold in dry ingredients till barely combined. Don’t over mix just gently fold in dry ingredients.
- Top with chocolate chips and Andy crushed mints
- Bake about 18-20 min and serve warm.
