- Edamame
- Diced scallions
- White rice
- Thinly sliced Avocado
- Shredded carrot
- Diced Cucumber
- Mayo (1/2 cup)
- Sriracha sauce (1/4 cup)
- Juice from half lemon
- 1lb peeled shrimp
- Olive oil
- Few cloves minced garlic
- Sesame seeds black
- Cook white rice with tbsp butter and pinch of salt
- Cook shrimp for a few min on stove top with garlic and olive oil
- Combine mayo, sriracha and lemon juice for spicy sriracha mayo
- Assemble Bowls with rice, carrots, edamame, chopped scallions, avocado, cucumber, shrimp and top with spicy mayo and black sesame seeds.
